Products that are bought from the Physical Stores can’t be returned. All Items are eligible for return except the products that are: Intimates, jewelry, and tiny imperfections on secondhand clothing.

All returns must be approved before customer ships back.

You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instruction:

Shipping return address will be emailed to you upon return approval. Products are only eligible for return if items arrived do not match the description or item does not match the way it was described in the listings. Customers have seven business days to initiate a return after item has been delivered. Please wait 5 to 7 business days before the return is processed and the item has been sent back for us to begin processing a refund.

You, the customer will be responsible for purchasing the shipping label if you choose to return your product. 

Exchanges are not available.
